Thank You all!! I took her out of the aviary and put her in her on cage and so far no singing like a cricket so im thinking its a female. Don't know how old it is though.

Yeah, I got pretty lucky. The lady i bought it from had hybrids shipped to her from another state like kansas or something and the 2nd time they shipped hybrids in to her they didnt have anymore of the grassquit. They thought it was just a hybrid. Ireally hope she gets more in. The cage i have her in right now it 8', 2', 4' and its a mixed aviary. She gets alo9ng well with the other finches and I call her a she because she doesnt sing that i've heard and she only has a tiny black on her throat.
