Thanks..... I think so too!

And...the parents have started another clutch. Two eggs so far. :shock: I am not going to band these babies until they fledge. It seems that when I interfere like that , they loose interest and stop feeding them.

Thank you Sally. No, they have not fledged. They are buggar-bears..... they just love their little box. :twisted:

I just love that cage you are using, it is the perfect size for keeping handfeds, or using it as a hospital cage. I think that is the one you showed me when I was in Atlanta. Did you get it at the mart?

Well it is fledging day..... I left the door of the cage open for a few hours and out they came. The parents are going bananas and they are calling to each other back and forth. The mother has left the nest and they are following them everywhere. The babies are not begging from them and are coming to me still for food. The great thing would be if the parents started feeding again until they were weaned. Then I could leave them there in the aviary. I am giving them some flight time until bedtime. :lol:

Donna, they are so cute...great pictures. I can just picture them flying to you to feed them. You must be so pleased!

By the way...my wish list just got bigger:

Another pair of BCCBs and Fawn shaftails, Plumheads...what else should I add? :wink:
