Please Tell me im ok with pairing a Silver White Breast Male with a red head lilac breast split to blue hen. And possibly Can anyone tell me what i will come out with.

You didn't mention the males head color or if the hen was yellow split to blue or green split to blue......

Assuming your male is also a Red Head and the hen is normal split to blue (because your signature says 20 normal and 1 silver gould) AND assuming there are no hidden genes you are unaware of you could get:

All chicks will be Red Head and Lilac Breast split to White Breast.

Males will be either SF YellowBlue or SF Yellow split to Blue
Because he is Lilac Breasted the SF YellowBlue will be visually white AKA "silver" and not Blue like a purple breasted SF YellowBlue AKA "Pastel".
And a SF Yellow/Blue will Visually be Yellow and not green AKA "dilute" like a PB would, again because of the Lilac Breast.

The hens will either be YellowBlue AKA "silver" or Yellow split to Blue
