What is the ratio of male to females in one cage. I have two females can one male be added safely?

No, the females will fight over the male, and when the male and one of the females are bounded then they will fight the single female..
SO if the cage is big enough then you should put in two males..
But U can always expect the birds to fight or squabble.

So,
What is the proper amount of each sex to have together if you want more than two? How does everyone here keep more than two in a cage/

well, we have males and females in seperated cages.
But like I said before, if the cage is big enough,
then you can have birds of both sexes.
I think 120x50x70cm is a fine size.
Maybe 2-3 pairs is a good number in this cage size.
We like to have our zebbie pairs in seperated cages.
