I almost got a 2nd pair. I got the pair for a ridiculous price of $60. That's crazy that petsmart sells one for like $100bucks. I need to get a
bird shed house to get more cages for more birds.

I would be all over $60 a pair. I had Cordon Bleus a few years ago and back then, I paid $180 for my pair and that was with a discount. Beautiful birds! I agree, you should build a shed and get more.

Did you get them from a breeder? That's a great price for even one let alone a pair. Around here anyway.

They look just like mine!
They are lovely birds!
I can't believe the price.
Maybe you should get a 2nd pair and
try colony breeding?
Put them together and let them choose
their mate.
Just a thought.
Great birds you have.

Thanks guys. I checked on them today and they seem fine just not active yet. Maybe getting acclimated to there surroundings.
I got them from a breeder who actually got them from another breeder. He had like 15 pairs. I'm guesing he only wanted a few for himself to fill an aviary he has.
He concentrates on breeding diff mutations of zebra and gouldians.

Since I heard of keeping 2 pairs is a no no... I decided against it. If I had an aviary then definetily I would have gotten more then one pair.
