Thank you Donna, they are still getting probiotics, eggfood and lots of foods that they can grow strong with....this clutch was definately different, think the parents did a better job in caring for them...there is no prolonged begging and they were virtually quiet in the box until right before they fledged.

What a marvelous clutch!!!! Congrats. Also kudos for giving the probiotics... may have made the difference. Whatever the cause they look fab!

Thanks Sally...I just checked the zebra nest that I put the two fertile eggs from the other pair of owls. The eggs were on the verge of hatching a week ago, there are two babies about a week old, the zebra eggs are about a week from hatching. The 2 babies hopefully are the owls, they look like it, they look good and will be unrelated to the the other 4. If these are owls the zebra pair are doing a good job.
