Strange or normal?

Post by ibon_337 » Thu May 26, 2011 10:34 am

I made a 6ft x 4ft flight/aviary for my birds and currently it houses my 3 gouldian (1 female, 2 males) and a pair of society. One of my male gouldian is courting my female society, iS it normal?

*mod: sorry if this at the wrong place.

If it's just singing that he's doing it's normal. gouldian males will sing to everything and anything. :) Sounds like you need another gouldian hen though.

Yes nothing to worry about apart from the fact you have a gouldian that wants to breed and nothing to breed it with. You need another hen.
15 Gouldian, 40+ mutation Zebs, Societies and 1 Cut-throat (the only one i ever bred)... plus babies everywhere
