Is there such a thing as a blue headed Lady Gouldian
Hi all...
I saw this video clip on YouTube, (which I don't know how to link it to here) it's called " Feeding australian finches in finch aviary". You can see there's a yellow back, white chested gouldian in the background of the video, it looks like it either has a silver head or a light blue head. Is either possible?
Thanks, Sandy

I just wanted to let you know the your link to the youtube video does work! I can see the bird you're talking about he comes and goes from the screen and yes he does look like he has a silver head on him. I'm sorry to said I don't know if that's the right color either, but that's what it looks like.

The mask color sometimes appears more gray than white in "single factor" yellow body (cocks) which have white breasts.

Both of the pictures posted are Black Head / Purple Breast / Single Factor Yellow Back cocks (also known as Dilutes). The head color comes out charcoal gray instead of black.
