I was wondering how to do this...

I have Continental CFW could I put that with a normal male to get CFW????

It looks like on efinch I can use normal and CCFW....if I am reading it right. Should the female be nornal or the male..I also have lightbacks.

If the male is split for CFW then you will get CFW chicks.

If you pair LB male with CCFW female, then you can get
more lightbacks and CCFW, possibly CFW. (if he is split for it)
And if he is Split CFW, then you could get a bird that is CCFW and CFW.

Since LB, CFW and CCFW is sex linked, then only the males can be split for these mutations..
Females cannot be split for them.

I hope there is more help in this answer

I think you just have to try it out :)

My experience is:

I have a Lb male split for CCFW and CFW.
I pair him with my CFW female.
And I got: CCFW/CFW male.

I paired up my Fawn LB female
And my LB split CFW male.
And i got: Beautiful CFW female.

I will try it...the male is still young. I am not sure completley what they are split for since the grandparents of the male came from John...they give Isabel, silver, fawns splits. Each clutch gives me something different. In the begining the only gave fawn females and lightbacks.

The mother of the male came from a local breeder that was working with FF and Fawns. The mother is a dark fawn.

Thank you for your help, Vargur.
