Female zebra finch with faint black bars

I posted a while back about my new female black cheeked zebra finch Aura, shes very beautiful and getting along with my other birds.

One thing however is puzzling me, she has faint black lines across her chest, very faint but visible. Now i have no idea what this means as she is definitely a female, and has no chestnut flanks.

I was told her mum is a fawn isabel and her dad a normal.
I'm a bit puzzled is this a sign of some sort split?

I'll try and get a pic up of her asap, havent got a close up one right now and these zebbies just wont sit still, usually resulting in taking a pic of the wrong bird!

It's normal :) BC females often get a little black in the chest, I even have a female split for BC that has black in her chest.

None of my female offspring from my BC pair have chest bars though the male offspring when fledging have apparent beginings of bars.

A picture would help, especially since she is a split and a mix of mutations.

Here is a pic i took a few weeks back but you cant see them on here as it isnt close enough
The bars are very very light and do look a bit like a fledgling males black bars attempting to come through

Will get a better picture of her thats more close up, digging around the house for some batteries for my digi camera to take a better piccie of her, as soon as i have i'll put them up here :)

Edit used my mobiles camera:

aura barring.jpg
In these pics they look more like dots but they look like faint lines from a bit further away, and int the bottom one there is a line just above her white belly.

What do you guys think about her? :)

She could hide other splits, but I'm sure the black line is because she is BC.

Here is a picture from Vargur, with one of her BC split females that show very much black in her chest.

My bird does not have as clear lines as Vargur's bird, but more than yours.

You can see more of Vargur's birds and this bc bird on an icelandic forum: http://www.tritla.is/forum/viewtopic.ph ... &start=600

The black in the chest is consider as a fault (if the bird is at show)
but its normal that some birds have this black smudge in the chest,
if they are BC's.
