My Female Society Is Refusing To Leave the nest. I don't remember seeig her out lastnight or today. I have picked up the nest and taken it out of the cage but she won't come out.
The new male zebra that Iv'e had for a few weeks I have seen in the nest more. But for the last few days If I pick up the nest the Spice flies out, The Zebra will fly out after a little bit of poking and the Society Refuses.
Anyone know why?

it is quite possible that she is sitting on an egg but i would look closer as she may be stuck to the nest with her claws especially if she was the first one in the nest she will have squashed herself down and sunk her claws in to the nest to steady herself..just make sure she is not stuck as she will not be able to feed herself like that..it may be just a touch of stiff legs but i would look anyway..if she is sat on an egg she will go back to it but if it is not fertile then i would just throw it away
