Just now the male was holding some coco nut fiber,
dancing and bobbing to the female and she was bobbing her head back to him!
Yeah I am so happy!

That's a great sign. My lavenders mate, lay eggs and sit for about one week and then they abandon the eggs. I hope yours goes better!

No, all they are doing is pulling everything out that I put in!
It's a start, I guess?
They preen each other a lot and cuddle.
So that's good too!

I am just wondering if they don't need something bigger than what I have them in, all they do is play with the nesting material?
What should I do? Should I keep them?
I may get an aviary type cage at some point but not yet.

Give them a chance! They might need a bit more time to settle in.

I will hold on to the, because they are so darn cute!
My neighbor from a few condos down is carpenter/contractor.
He says he will frame me up a flight and I will put on the wire mesh.
He has been busy, so it may take some time.
I am not handy with power tools, that gene missed a generation with me. Lol, lol
If my father was closer, he would have one put together in an afternoon.
I got the baking gene from my mother, God rest her soul!
I digress, they will be safe with me!
