Fledgling web page?

i know it sounds kinda stupid but i would like to make a 1 page web page with different pictures of fledglings of different mutations (zebras for now, once i know more about other species then i might add to it) pictures of the adult colors would also be put in with a short description of the mutation and such.
But that way, anyone curious could see what mutation their babies might be when they fledge. i only want to do this because of all the confusion with my own chicks haha!

So is it a stupid idea? should i do it? If i do it, i would need some help from the breeders of odd mutations and possibly some pictures to use for the page.
I have a web page(but it is also a forum type deal) for ferret coloring, this is because i have had ferrets for years!
it would not be the same type of web page, but just a normal one rather then with all kinds of added things to it. just picture and description.

I think it's a good idea! Right now I don't have any Zeb's but I think it would be very helpful for some that are breeding.

It would be neat if you put the address in your signature so that all the board members could quickly access it.

yes, that is what i do on the ferret forums with my ferret coloring page. i have the web address in my siggy!
now i need some of the breeders to post some pictures of different mutations in the fledglings
of course i would give credits whether it is the birds name, parents of the bird, owner of the bird, or even finchforum username and it would go under the picture to give credit to the person who gave me the picture to use

Since you'll be needing the help of other forum members could you just do it on this site? It would save you alot of time and it would be more accessible to members. Just a thought.

I think it is a good idea, if you go through with it I'm willing to send you some pictures you can use. And if you do this you should talk to Elma (Vargur) and Cindy, they are sure to have pictures ;)

Sharona I agree, maybe it's possible to just make a sticky thread with this. Though just one person should probably post on it so it won't flood with comments. Just a thought.

I don't really want to make a whole web page anyway, i should make a sticky!! then nobody would have to be redirected anywhere but to a different tab on this forum!
web pages are a lot of work, if nobody is on them for more then 40 days it is shut down. so a sticky is a way better idea! and that way, we could have one for gouldians, zebras, societies, ect!
