


What is with the fanned out tail & two center pointed feathers in the tail? The tail definitely fans out more than any of my other Goulds. Don't these center points indicate it's a male? Help please, & thanks.

In this picture the hen on the left has the 2 longer feathers but the male, on the right has the long tail wires.. you can see them trailing behind.

Male in front, female tail points behind. Seems the feathers are longest at peak breeding condition

Yeah, I saw, but then was browsing and saw your original post. I love looking at the pictures. Thanks.
