Hello. This is a nice forum, isn't it!

Petco doesn't carry much of anything usefull -- at least not the one by me. You might try shopping for a cage online. Or at Goodwill, like I do.

Welcome to the forum Susie.

I got a nice, (30"x18"x18'), cage at Petco, Image . It isn't much to look at but works great for finches. You'll want to remove the two large perches that run the length of the cage and replace with perches that are placed at the back of the cage so the birds can fly from side to side, not just hop from one perch to the other.

Here is the link to Petco's online info, http://www.petco.com/Shop/petco_Product ... 0-_-426350 The cage is currently on sale for $29, normally it sales for $39.

Any advice would be helpful to me ,as I have never cared for goulds before and I want to be educated before I buy them.I went online last night and read and read until 11pm.
Like I posted earlier I have cared for zebra finch and want to branch out and care for the goulds.
