I have a society * Red Fawn * He rleg band is red and has 06 sideways and then has 03SH on the other part > Anyone have a way to look this up ??

I also just realized I have agouldian with red 03 sideways and then 07SH on it so I assume same breeder???

Are these closed metal bands? If they are from NFSS, they will say that on the band. These sound like custom bands for a breeder--many breeders keep numbered bands on their stock. Red Bird Products does these kind of bands, but I don't know if they even keep records of who orders what.
