young gouldian

hi just wondering can anyone sex a young gouldian black head it hasnt fully coloured still very pale any ideas

I think if it hasn't colored in, the only way would be if it is singing. I had last year six juveniles and I knew which ones were males because they were singing. One STILL hasn't colored in, but is just now beginning to.

Sometimes you can tell based on the head colors of the parents. What are the colors of the parents head, breast, and back color?
