It is a gynandromorph, half female and half male and without looking it up I'm 99.9% sure they are sterile. 
The BH side is the hen, RH side the male

HOLY CROW! If I didn't see it with my own eyes, I would think that it wasn't real. I didn't know they could do that

If you do a google search "gynandromorph" you'll find many website with much better explanations then I could give.
