Soaked seed, half standard foreign seed, half germination seed,
Dry eggfood(deli nature),
Grated broccoli,
Dry European wildeeds,
Pinch of spirulina powder

I have no idea but it sounds amazing. You have some lucky birds.
A pair of Gouldians, Red Cheeked CB's, Orange Cheeked Waxbills, Javas, and Cutthroats. And, two canaries. And, 3 kids, a dog and a patient, patient husband.

I would go very easy on the spirulina and not give it everyday, it is very high in protein plus the dried egg food contains protein.
Broccoli should be given in moderation, try dark leafy greens like romaine, kale and alternate and add some grated carrots.

Maybe ill leave the spirulina till they are moulting
