I am building a 8' long, 4' tall, 2 ft' wide cage that will be split into 4 flights. Meaning each flight will be 4' long, 2' tall, and 2' wide.

Im thinking the flights will be like this:

Flight 1. 4 pairs. goulds

Flight 2. 1 pair of each. stars, bronze wings, spice

Flight 3. 1 pair of each. owls, red cheek cordons, societies

Flight 4. 1 pair of each. St. Helena, orange cheek, and goldbreasted waxbill

I will be using my old flight for zebras, shaft tails, green singing, and cut throat finches

For breeding or just to house birds?

For both, i tried to seperate them so there would only be 6-8 birds in each flight and if they do have babies i will have another setup to sperate the baby males from the baby females.

it may be a bit small for 4 pairs of gouldians especially if you plan to let them breed in there. I've always found gouldians to like their privacy even from their own kind during breeding season

Perhaps 3 pairs of Gouldians? Odd numbers seem to work better for housing breeding birds.
