Most likely. Of course the pied markings could be covering other markers as well.
I like the black face black cheek - pretty combo.

I have Blackbreasted to add to the BCBF mix, with OBFF as well. Very interesting breeding season coming up.

608duj,
Very interesting Zebras. In NW Indiana myself and have found it very hard to find mutations, including BC. Finally found an unrelated pair of Silver FF split for BC and OB. The male has taken up with a Pied female. Getting some interesting chicks. Just found two juvenile BC males just losing their baby beak colors. So will be a bit before they are ready to mate. Hoping that they mate with any of the hen's from the Silver FF/Pied pair. Would be interesting to see what they would produce. Have separated two female Pied hen's and what I think are FF pied males to sell. One of the males is nest mate to the hen's and the other is the flip side - Pied male and silver FF hen.

Re: Zebra ID : Blackfaced Pied ?
I love the crazy marked Pieds, but the Pied gene can mask many other genes. I am trying to keep them separate, but only one white feather in the hen produced the BFPied in the picture.
