That cage is only big enough for two finches. They really need alot of room to fly. I am sure that you would not want to put any zebras in there with them. That would cause alot of stress. Zebras can be very, very pushy. Your society finches will probably breed in that cage , but it is going to be very crowded once they have their babies.
It would be good if you could buy another cage and move two of those society finches to it.
Also, your perches need to be moved so they do not go across like they. Finches like to fly back and forth. Get you some small branches off a tree and put them on the sides. If you would look at some other post on here you will see how people set up their cages. Look under housing.

Congrats on your new birds!
I agree with everything Donna said.
As for those dowel perches - throw them away and get 2 regular branches to put one at each end of the cage - not down the entire length like they currently are. And when you place the branches in the cage - don't place them over any food/water dishes.

If the pair do lay eggs i will remove the other pair for the cage they are also sleeping in the same nest should i take the other nest out of the cage.

Societies will usually all pile into one nest, if possible. Your cage is really too small for 4 finches, it doesn't give them enough room to exercise their wings, which is very important for their health. Either a much larger cage for the 4, or another cage for 2 of them. If you let them breed and have babies, you will definitely need more cages--something to think about.

It all depends on how big your cage is. The bigger the cage - the happier the birds

The smaller the cage - the unhappier and unhealthier the birds will be

Personally I would not put zebras in with them. Society finches are so sweet and peaceful. Zebras are not. I had to learn that the hard way.
