It looks to me like this is a fawn and fawn cheeked mutation....but I could be wrong. I researched it for you a tad and thats what all I read says that it could be.....hope this helps :D

when breeding BC with FF.... FF mutation works to reduce all black to white, which would eliminate the cheek and flanks

the tail colors, no bars looks OB BB also.... bird has irregular cheek also, orange over the eye... signs of BB
