It looks to me like this is a fawn and fawn cheeked mutation....but I could be wrong. I researched it for you a tad and thats what all I read says that it could be.....hope this helps

the tail colors, no bars looks OB BB also.... bird has irregular cheek also, orange over the eye... signs of BB
