What in the world...

I was looking at craigslist.
At a first glance, I saw all the bad grammar mistakes and the small cage, but then looked at the finches.
That grey mottled thing, I have never seen a bird like that before. What mutation is it?

Looks like a pied Zebra of some sort, along with a regular Zebra boy.

Are you getting them ?

I would, but I am a poor little kid, and I only want the female, leaving my female (The little devil bird is making hubby look like a turken chicken http://www.chickensforbackyards.com/ima ... en%205.jpg ) and that normal as well as a crappy cage to get rid of.
Besides, I am already trying to convince my parents to let me buy this setup with six finches and there is still room for mine according to the calculator. The is an owl/zebra, and I love owl/zebras for some reason. And an owl (I am assuming this is the father of owl/zebra because the seller also has a zeb hen, and they listed original costs and owl/zebra was not on the list) an orange cheeked waxbill, a spice and a society. It is a very nice cage, with a timed light. and the birds are young and appear healthy.
But then these societies on Craigslist are really getting at me too. The sleekest most beautiful soc`s I have ever seen. Nice stance, just gorgeous. Too many tempting offers, I should just build myself a big huge cage and put them all in.

Sounds like you're down with a bad case of the Finch bug, lol =)) =)) =)) .

I know what you mean about seeing all these adorable birds, and wanting all of them #-o .

The solution at this point, is not to check out the bird listings quite as often [-X .

Good luck with convincing the parents :D .

haroun Parents say I have to sell my hen first. I doubt I will sell her we fast, as the finch market in my area is not very good. She would be a lovely replacement for the current Mrs., who is already going up on Craigslist any day now. She is a plucker and I've tried just about everything to no avail. It is two hours away from me as well, so unless the person will meet us halfway I don't think it will happen
