It could be a female European siskin (Carduelis spinus or Spinus spinus), though they usually only have one yellow bar in their wings. Could also be a hybrid with a siskin. How big is this bird? Where did you get it and what did the seller tell you about it?

The yellow spot on the head suggests a canary mule.

It was given to me as a gift, I also thought mule because of the spot in her head. Size I would say about the size of my raza espanola Canaries. I also thought european siskin female or hooded siskin female???

Razasings - Not a female hooded siskin. Their beaks are darker, longer and pointier. Also, they don't have dark feathers sprinkled in with the drab olive color of their backs. Most likely a canary hybrid since even the European siskins have pointier beaks than your bird.
Very cute nonetheless.

Sheather yes I have heard that mule hens are excellent foster moms. Regardless I love her colors and how she flies and acts like a siskin.
