I mentioned in an earlier thread that hens are brown. No. They turn black eventually. Sorry for that!
Never compliment stupidity with the term birdbrain!

Wow, I’m just astounded at how many variations/mutations the Finch “family” has, AND, how well documented the operators of this site in having made that information available.
