i live in sydney and i have 18 zebras, 1 society paired up with a nutmeg maninkin, 2 orange breasts (pair), 2 stars(pair), a gouldian, 11ish dimond doves and 10 quails one blind and 2 heavily peaked and 7 budgies (another avairy)
i am thinking of getting more including a mate for the sad female gouldian as well as getting rid of all those annoying doves
i also had an to get a pair of
st helena waxbills
fire finches
cutthroats
another nutmeg and another society so the babies don't turn out hybrid retards
any tips on geting rid of the doves and quails and any thing to do with the list i have would be great

I was a little confused by the pic too. I guess I associate the avatar pic with the person without even checking the name.

Sounds like you have a nice collection. I don't know about outlets for bird sales in Sydney but maybe some of the Australia people on here can help you out.

I'm not sure what you mean by tips for getting rid of the doves and quail, but I took it as you don't know where to give them??? If that is what you are asking you can always put an ad up on Craigslist.com under pets and I'm sure somebody will take them off your hands. You can also write an ad in your newspaper, kijiji.com, this site's marketplace, or you can give them to an animal shelter. There are a lot of options. I hope this is what you were asking if not just clarify.

Are you planning to keep all these together in an aviary? If so the only birds that might be problematic are the cut-throats, fires and st. helenas are both passive birds.

yep but i had cut-throats b4 and they were fostering societies and they were really passive if trouble was around they were nowhere to be seen
