It is almost impossible to take pictures of strawberries in the wild, so here are some of caught ones, sold at a birds market.

I thought you said they were WILD! I see them in cages :shock:

:lol: "Wild strawberries" are not always " in the wild".They are sometimes on sale at the birds market. Photos were taken there with permission of the vendor.

So, inquiring minds need to know--what mart, what vendor, what prices, recently? :lol: Most everyone on here knows I am always looking for Strawberries--fresh bloodlines.

I heard that wild-caught strawberries die quickly because they can't get the same nutrition they were getting in the wild.. :?:

There's a stark contrast between wild and domestic strawberries. Aside from the colors, the wild ones never have overgrown toenails like the one you see in the picture (Permission is asked of "Our Moscow collection")
