Hello everyone! I have taken a interest in getting a pair of these cute little birds and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with these birds and can offer some advice, also if anyone knows of any good websites with information about them! Thanks!

I have three together in a cage with nuns, orange cheeks and spices. They get along with everybody, eat anything, and love to sleep together in a nest at night. You need to watch their nails - they need pretty regular trimming. And they are BUGGERS to catch if they get loose - fast and have great stamina.

Well, these guys eat a lot of paddy rice I believe like other munias and mannikins.I have Societies at home and feed them both spray millet and paddy, but they seem to ignore the spray millet and eat the paddy instead.
