Pied parrot finch

I had a very difficult time getting these pictures, but he is going to be a beauty! He is so busy flying around that pictures are almost impossible. He is already trying to mate with my hen. (he is too young for that) :roll:
Look closely and you will see all the pied coloring coming in.
Yeah!!! So excited about him.

Oh wonderful. What a handsome lad. He sure will try his luck, even at his young age. It must be a parrot finch thing. I have the same problem with my young males.
