TRANSFER IS COMPLETE ...We lost two days of pictures.
Backing up files for 12 years is a time consuming and tedious process. Seems we got lucky and only lost about two days of photos during this process.
A dedicated team of Crystal and others made sure the data loss was minimal !!
Post and chat as normal. The transition is over! We can move on as before from here on out!
Thank you Crystal!

Gee Babs, with that thick white lipstick I'd say your chick is a baby Diamond, yes? And 6 more eggs? Someone's in for a busy time soon I'm hand feeding a mix of 11 chicks at the moment so I know what it is like.
Great job with the transfer too. Glad we found a new home.
Cheers,
Ross

Hi Stuart,
For some reason, my Gouldians ended up on your Post.
Trying to figure out how to move them, and return your Bird Room pictures.
Bear with us please.

Hi Brian,
Scroll up to the 2 Gouldian pictures, which are mine. Somehow during the transfer, they ended up in Stuart's post, and his 2 pictures of his bird house went missing.
Good luck.

lovezebs I don’t see any pictures of a Gouldian and I see Stuart’s post which is 2 photos of his bird room. Don’t really see the issue. I must be missing something.

A Java finch? I am so surprised because it is the spitting image of a Diamond chick, minus the tiny feathers. As you can tell I haven't kept Java finches.

I was just looking over some baby finch pictures and you are right, it does look at lot like other species.
But one thing that gives it away, is java baies are hairless, naked and their bodies are sooo smooth and soft. Absolutely adorable right out of the egg.
How's the hand feeding going? Pictures?
