Hello all

sorry for not participating at the forum.

Anyway, last week-end I decided to build a flight cage (5 x 3 x 3 feet) for my societies. They love it! I also have a couple of zebra, where the male....ahem.....not really friendly, but they are getting accustomed.

I am so bad at DYI, more than nice cage it looks like a chicken barn in the living room: my wife is not enthusiastic at all, but my kids (and birds) love it :D

And I have to keep myself from adding birds......I have no space (I repeat myself over and over)......

Enzo sorry i missed the first round of welcomes back when you came a few months back... But WELCOME. I understand your dilema....once you get into these little things they are so, SOOO addictive... I started with 2 Zebs... I am on my way to 16... 13 now and 3 more on the way... actually 4 more on the way really.... :sigh: it's very addictive, but I LOVE it. There is nothing better than your house being filled with song, and chirps and baby birds... and basically Nature! LOL love your post on the "chicken barn" Would LOVE some pictures!! I alos have 3 societies, I just got mine 3 weeks ago, so my quarantine is ALMOST DONE! They will join my "bird room" once quarantinig is over...But before I had that, I was very short on space, it was really the only thing stopping me from more birds, I wouldn't allow myself to get more and make them live in Less room than they should.... but now... Uh oh.... LOL So trust me, my friend you are NOT alone.... Welcome again, and get some pics up man!!!
