Any tips for calming down zeebra finches when they are getting noisy?

Shut off lights (only works if it is dark)

Btw zebbies are society birds (mean not japs) they interact betwen them anddzvelloped language. Some time i'm sure that they speak each one to other and to me especialy when theyare thursty or hungry i known it. But we can say they are little too talkative
