Rapidly Licking Lips... why?

Babs: No, it isn't a hate you look. He does this when he is afraid of something new that he sees, like when I move his cage to a new, unfamiliar location for a few minutes, or if I walk by carrying something he hasn't seen before. But every time he does it, I have to laugh. He's very friendly, and will take a nap in my hand, if I let him.
