I feel bad for keeping the patents in such a small cage but it's temporary while I find new homes for the young ones, I just hate to see them fighting. The bottom cage is for the parents, sad thing is that they are always busy making lol

GoldPanther I echo the comments of the others. I once had an accidental inbred Owl finch, from a brother/sister mating (supposed to be the worst form of inbreeding). The one and only baby was just fine, but it is not recommended to inbreed unless you keep careful records.

As for your coworker, I would give him two males or two females, then you don't have to worry about the inbreeding, but I would definitely not give him (or anyone) a brother/sister pair. If you want to keep your original pair, then you will be battling the egglaying constantly. Perhaps you could keep either the father and one of his sons, or the mother and one of her daughters? That way, you could still enjoy a pair of finches without having to worry about babies at all.

Sally thats a great advise, my coworker is taking both males. That way there's no way they can inbreed.
Also, Fraza that was a good idea.
Thanks,
Danny,

This weekend a co-worker is coming to pick up both males, then I will be giving away the females and will pass both parents to the bottom cage, once the babies start growing I will give them away sooner than last time before they start pairing and fighting. I think this was going to be the endless cycle lol.
I've learned so much about about finches that I was tempted to inbreed the white mom with a son in persute of having more white zebras, but then my conscience doesn't allow me and I forget about it...

Update, my coworker didn't pick up the birds as planned, maybe next week he said. I'm starting to doubt he's actually coming. Birds are still dropping dropping eggs from the top stick. On my desperation I went to pet store to see if they would want to buy them or tale them. They had three sad zebra finches in very bad shape in stock for 20 bucks each. And because they had 3 pcs in stock they didn't want to take mines for free, supposedly they didn't have room lol.
I will post them up on the market section soon,

Oh and another note, I'm hand feeding the three babies, it took me to watch many videos online. Hopefully these ones will become vary tame.

The same thing happened to me once, honestly the only way I've tried to stop breeding is just to separate the birds.

Update,
So I listed the birds on sale on a local Facebook sale group, they were sold like hot potatoes lol. My son cried a little but it was for the best.
Oh well, my stress is gone and I feel wonderful.
