I've tried and tried to no avail. Would someone please help me locate for the Blue-necked Tanager, Orange Weaver & Blue Bearded Tit?

Thanks so much in advance!

Best of luck finding them. Even if it takes awhile, it will be that much sweeter when you are able to locate some!!

For the Tanager and Tit - try http://www.softbillsforsale.com/

There is also a Softbills Forum on Yahoo! which may be able to help you, otherwise your best bet is probably going to be to get in touch with some brokers.

Have you contacted Chase Austin? He is a softbill breeder located in Texas. paradisebirdscma@aol.com

Karl Lieberman is a broker out of California who gets interesting birds in from time to time: karl_birdcrazy@yahoo.com

I know Floyd in GA is a broker but I don't have his email address..

Jamie Yorck is another broker: jyorck@astound.net

Then there is Murad who is up in my neighborhood - he doesn't do email, his son usually does - marylandexoticbirds@yahoo.com
and his phone number is: 410-255-2666

Singing Wings Aviary also sometimes gets Tanagers and other exotics in: http://www.singing-wings-aviary.com/

Hopefully one of these references can help you.. but some of the work and research is left up to you.. with only currently having Zebras, I hope you have researched the requirements and needs of softbills before diving into something so exotic like Tanagers and Tits... :)
