Ok I know with the amount zebs I have that a)I dont need more and b)I should not get overexcited at new ones,but I am lol
Was talking to a guy yesterday and he said his father was gicing up breeding and selling off all his stock,so I called him up and just got back from his house
I have 2 BC hens with 2 normal cocks, 1 normal hen with a orange breast zeb!!
Got all 6 for £30,so a really good bargain,IMO
Will take some pics tomorrow

All 6 are this year bred

a) we all ALWAYS need more finches.
b) no such thing as OVER excited whenn it comes to new birds

And what a deal! £30 is roughly $50 US. I might even say a steal!

As promised,some pics

here is all of them in their flight cage,they are in with a CFW male and pied female I got a couple week from same breeder

this is my BC male with a normal hen,she is just sitting on 5 eggs,so with him and my new 2 BC females I am hoping to get a BC line going,I did have another BC hen but she died eggbound.

I have noticed with the orange breast his call is different, more sharp and quicker, like a machine gun, don't know if others with them has noticed that?

My pied male has a short machine gun sound vs my CFW which sounds deeper and longer, with beeps in different places. Sorta like an aussie accent vs a canadian accent lol
