Aww! This is such a teasing pic! They are adorable Q! Lol I actually got a line on a few, the breeder was very rude, and wanted $300 for her "very bitey" green parrotlet. Needless to say, between her rudeness and price, she didn't get a call back from me.

no you don't need that rudeness- I think I see an add of parrotlet in Michigan - Maybe you can drive there -
I know some breeders have several green parrotlet that so tame in CA- liked to cuddle but the shipping cost is same with or more than the birds- I have a local breeder in CO but the prize is high ... In a way it is ok because I believe the breeder did spend time to tame them....

Agreed. But, I am not willing to spend that much money on a "very bitey" 2-3 year old. Lol I will have one! When the time is right, God will put one in reach for me. Michigan is about 8 hours just to get into the state! Patience is a virtue right?

Lol oh Q! It's not me that has the self control, it's my hubby! He keeps me sane! We're like ying/yang, although I think his job is much bigger than mine.

That is cute .... my hubby tried to ... I was told that car keys will be with him when I am at home as we have different days off from work ... he he he .. But he knows birds make me happy so he is hesitated to stop.... I guess we all want to be happy all the time more than just to be right?

Right! My hubby keeps me happy! I just tend to get a little carried away with animals sometimes...but, he is very very fond of the Zeb babies! Doesn't want to me to sell or trade them. Hum.....he may have to buy another cage soon!

I like that - at least he is crazy in some birds- Mine likes to keep Goulds.
I am going to do some trading in Aug with someone from the Mountain so I can have more Goulds for hubby
