So sorry for your loss. If you have a male/female pair of Gouldians, they may not let the Owl share their space. Trios often don't work, as the two will pick on the odd one. All you can do for now is keep an eye on things and be prepared to move the single Owl if there seems to be any aggression.

So sorry for your loss
Gouldians and owls will get along fine together. The only down side I can think of is that the owls are a lot more cuddly then goulds so your owl may miss that.

I agree with Debbie.... if you can try to get it a friend. Owls love to cuddle and preen and gouldians don't.
