Thanks Everyone!!! She's a snuggle bunny, but also quite nervous...

. I think I might be as nervous as she is though

! I haven't had a hookbill in forever and want to be the best mommy for her. I hope that she bonds to me and eventually enjoys interacting with me!
@Nerien...Her name is definitely Zoey! I had totally planned on calling her SweetPea, but called her Zoey the entire time at the breeders house yesterday

...so that was it! I think it suits her...she's sweet yet spunky too!!!!

Congratulations! I just got my first two parrotlets this weekend! Cannot wait to start interacting with them outside of the cage, but they are still super shy.

I'm honestly not sure. I purchased them at a bird show because I have been looking for them for months. The show was closing, these babies were sitting on the table waiting for me (haha That's what I'm going with! ;) ) and she gave me a great deal on them since it was the end of the show. They just happened to be a boy and a girl. If there were both the same gender, I still would have bought them.

. My girl is enjoying her new cage and being in the bird room with my finches. The finches seem to have already gotten use to her chirping too. Did you name your guys yet?
