I'd give calcium, make sure they're warm, etc. I would also be sure to keep their cage as far away from your others as possible until a thorough quarantine is done in case lethargic = sick.

Gimpy is more active today, maybe she just needed some TLC. Lethargic is more alert, still not flying but attacking her food and salad. They where talking to my male in the other cage, he was cheating on his mate XD

The finches are doing great, gimpy is just hopping, not flying. It's kinda cute. Lethargic will NOT fly at all but is very active and alert. Any thoughts?

Not an expert on parasites. Maybe pm Cindy with that one. Personally I would keep up the good food with lot's of variety. Keep them warm and comfortable. The obvious reason for Gimbly not flying, is her injured wing. As for Lethy (aka lethargic) I wouldn't hazard a guess. Better let those with more knowledge and experience chime in.

Thank you for the reply, I do beleave it's feather mites.... Just great. I'll pick up some meds in town, probably gonna use meds in their bath water. Gimpy is doing better, her wing might really be broken, she's more active but no change on her wing. She may just be handy capped.

Gimpy, is quite the little character. Thinks he is quite the 'thing'. He sings, he dances, he raises his fancy three feathers and shows off for everyone at every opportunity. I have never regreted bringing him home with me that day.

They are doing wonderful, integrated into my mixed cage now. My little gimp is the bossy one, the other is really a sweetheart. Gimpy holds her wing funny, but she probably will for the rest of her life, she can fly. My manager was astounded they both lived. Lots of fresh greens
