Re: gouldian hen had a "seizure" or something
I had a similar experience with a RHPF hen

I'm certain it was due to an overdose of ronidazole, luckily she stopped having seizures a few days after the medication stopped and she's perfectly fine now although she did lay a clutch of clear eggs immediately afterwards which could also have been a side effect.
Here's an article i found

Hopefully your gouldian hen will be fine in a few days

Re: gouldian hen had a "seizure" or something
ac12 -- How is she doing??
I hope she's recovering nicely!
My money is on the 4-in-1. It contains toxins, just at levels low enough to kill the organisms, but not the bird.
Except some individuals are more sensitive than others.
And it's also possible she ingested more than intended. That's always a risk when you're dosing by putting meds in the food or water.
If she was having diarrhea, she was likely dehydrated.
Dehydration spurs more drinking than usual and that could cause an accidental OD.
Or if put over food, it's possible she ingested more than planned.
Whatever the case, I hope she's doing well now and continues to recover!!

I've been hearing this a lot about the 4 in 1. Interesting!

Nope
I lost both of my BB hens this year
I had to buy 2 more to keep my breeding going.
It's been an expensive year.
And with no chicks in the first half.
Finally, I have 4 YB chicks in the nest now.
