SOME OF MY CUTIES POSING FOR PICTURES...

Hi Folks.
Trying to take pictures of other birds, I ended up with some cute shots of pretties that are usually camera shy. It's almost as if they know when your trying to take their pictures, they hide, and when your not, they have to look into the camera. Tell me what you think.

What are the red birds called?

I'm very interested in their song and also the song of Gouldians never heard it before.

Glad you enjoyed some of my kids. I think we need to do this more often. We all enjoy seeing birds, and we all enjoy showing off our babies, so why not? Let's see some if your cuties here, it's a good thread for it :-)

Hi.
The tiny reds, are my two Redbill Fire Finches. I am hoping to get two girls for them in the New Year. They are lovely little birds, but not real singers to speak of.

The Gouldian male, does sing, but it is a very quiet, lisping little song.

You could google their sounds and songs, and it would give you an idea.
