I'll second
Colt on the mutations. Though, The only way to be 100% sure is by open wing pictures. My White Tailed Red Diamond Doves look almost just like a Blue WT....Until you spread open their wings and have a look at their Flight Feathers. The amount of dilution, suffusion. ..or lack there of, will determine the exact mutation.
