So about a month after i had my lovely kevin put down, I finally got another bird. I didn't want another canary as it was too soon but I got a little male zebbie itchy. I think he's a cremino but I might be wrong. There was a bit of beak fencing but he and beaky seem to like hanging around together. Hes such a baby though! I leave them out to fly around and they really like it. I wasn't sure about getting another one but beaky seems happier. He doesn't always get on with itchy or my other finch merl. Merl is a star finch and cant fly so i keep him separated from them as they would pick on him
its nice having ano the er bird...though they make a LOT of mess!!!.

Congrats on the new bird, we'd love to see photos. Yes, it is amazing how much mess such little birds can make.

I had lovebirds first, a sunconure, and an Indian Ringneck - but I am surprised by just how much mess these little birds make! Good thing I really like them!

Beaky is the gray one and the cream one is itchy.
