Stafford bird show

Post by LiverpoolLayers » Mon Oct 12, 2015 4:04 pm

I visited the Stafford bird show (UK) for the first time yesterday. What an experience! Every type of bird imaginable and all in fantastic condition. I'd have stayed all day but as I had my wife and 14 month old daughter in tow, I decided to cut my visit short. I did however come home with a pair of red cheeked cordon bleus, a pair of red faced parrot finches, a strawberry finch cock and a bullfinch cock. I will refrain from buying birds from pet shops in the future as these were in most cases half of the price and in better condition.

Lovely bird. I feel the same way about our local bird marts. It beats a pet store any day.
