My NEW AVIARY, I am SSOOOO Excited!!!!

Post by tstcpc » Mon Mar 08, 2010 6:20 pm

My future son in law built this for me. Inside measurements are 5ftW x 2ftD x 7ftH. It has four glass doors on front and two acrylic doors on each side. He covered the back and bottom with textured white plastic plywood for ease of cleaning. I just got everyone moved in and they are already singing away!!! Our neighbor lost some branches off of there curly willow tree and so I took advantage and gathered as many as I could, trimmed them up and plastered them into tall vases. Decorated with silk greens, mounted the nesting boxes and hopefully they will start to use the boxes soon.

And congrats to your future son in law. I'd say he would have passed the test if it was my daughter... (I can't complain about my son in law either, he's as dear as a real son to me... :) )
