Society finch aggresive?
Hi I recently bought a female society to go with my 2 boys, since yesterday morning I noticed one of my males being kind of aggresive to the other.
Yesterday I let him out and they all decided to move themselves to the spare cage (I keep a spare cage open for them incase they want to swap) They slept in the spare cage that day and seemed to get along alot better in that cage but this morning he was chasing the other male around again, the spare cage is alot smaller so I quickly opened it and let him out again, the mean male and the female are now back in their normal cage in the nest and the other male is outside of the cage on my wardrobe singing, he can't even sit on his cage because the other male is trying to peck through the bars at him.
Oh hes just gone in his cage now, and the other male is watching him from the nest 0.o
No he got kicked out.
Once it hits afternoon they start getting along again.
I'm not sure what to do, shall I separate the good male and put him in the spare cage on his own?
I don't really want to do that since societies enjoy being in pairs or more and feel mean making him live on his own but I feel I may have to if this carries on.
Any suggestions?

You might possibly have to get another female for the less dominant male
I believe that the dominant male has staked his claim on the female, and that is why they are not getting along. If you have a nest in the cage with them, prepare for eggs and then babies.

I had this happen and moved the one getting picked on out on his own since the agressive male seemed to have claimed the female as his own. The agressive male wants to mate with your female and the agression he shows towards the other male could esculate.
Perhaps move the spare male out and get him a female of his own.

Happy Birthday in advance.
Tell Hubby that you are too attached to all 3, and that the poor little boy would be miserable on his own.
How you are going to explain that they will multiply
I will leave that one up to you.

Welll....more congratulations are in order.
Praying for a quick delivery, and a happy, healthy baby.
Are you expecting a boy or a girl......or is it a surprise?
