I LOVE that shot of Lynxie with his shavings! That's "the" face we know and love....and he looks positively benevolent sitting on his chicks!

Lynx stands guard over his nest. I think those are his feathers in the nest, judging by the looks of him. :lol:

lol you're going to have finches coming out of your ears!! I guess the whole not putting nests in to prevent breeding backfired a little eh? :lol: Who knew zebra finches were such avid ground breeders!? Maybe adding a few button quail to zip around would deter them from breeding on the ground... I'm sure you could use a few more birds :wink:

Ha, I like the last picture of the zebs nesting on the ground. I never thought finches would nest in such an open area! :D
